Andrew Tait joins Envireau Water

June 26, 2024

Our team just keeps on growing, and we are delighted to welcome Andrew Tait to Envireau Water as a Principal Hydrogeologist.

With over 22 years of consultancy experience, Andy joined us from Stantec at the beginning of June where the primary focus of his career was within the extractive industry. In his most recent role, Andy led the minerals team and provided technical direction for hydrogeological impact assessments for quarry developments, abstraction licenses and discharge permit applications.

Andy's academic background stems from the University of Birmingham where he completed an MSC in Hydrogeology. He is also a chartered geologist.

At Envireau Water, Andy will fulfil a similar role and head up our new Shrewsbury office, providing hydrogeological services for various projects in the minerals and industrial sectors for our diverse client base.

Andy commented: “I am extremely excited to join the Envireau Water team, who have made me feel so welcome. I’m looking forward to working on a wide range of projects, broadening my skillset, and playing my part in growing the Shrewsbury office.”

The team is thrilled to have Andy on board, whose wealth of experience will be a great asset. We look forward to supporting him in developing the Shrewsbury office and his continued professional development.
