Environment Agency Water Abstraction and Impoundment Charges

The Environment Agency has released its consultation on ‘water resource charge proposals’ that will take effect in England in April 2022. These changes have serious, and in some cases far reaching, financial implications for existing abstractors and anyone considering developing a new water supply. 


There is less than 1 month remaining to provide feedback to the Environment Agency on this important consultation. Now is your chance to make your views heard.
