Baking for The Geological Society's GeoBakeOff!

June 15, 2020

At Envireau Water we are always up for a challenge, whether it’s groundwater monitoring or baking in the kitchen for The Geological Society’s yearly Great British GeoBakeOff!

If you are a member of this great society you will be very familiar with this annual national baking competition, which sees an array of entries covering 10 geological themes. The bakers with the best interpretations are rewarded with one of the legendary GeoBakeOff aprons, as well as the respect and admiration of the entire geological community.

This year’s competition felt a bit different since the Envireau Team could not get together to bake. However, we managed to create a number of entries, from Fossil Trackways to Rock Pets!

Only time will tell how we get on in the competition, but until then we hope the cakes are enjoyed by all!
